No. Start with the foundations and work up. Each course is marked by level so you can pick the right one.

How do I pay?

Courses are priced in Naira and you pay for each course you want. Your purchases appear in your dashboard.

How long do I have to finish a course?

Learn at your own pace. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can stop and pick up again any time.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. When you complete a course, your certificate appears in the Certificates section of your dashboard.

Can I learn on my phone?

Yes. Onika works on phones, tablets and laptops, in light or dark mode.

Can I teach on Onika?

Yes. Sign up as an instructor and publish a course. You receive 70% of each sale. Onika receives 30%.

Is there a class I can attend in person?

Yes. Port Harcourt Real Estate Academy (PHREA) runs a 3-month certificate program, plus short courses.
